The biggest problem in our area is contractors who do not show up, or who take honest people's money and never come back. We built R&R Renovation to be the opposite of that.
Our goal is an accurate cost estimate and a realistic time frame for completion. Open, honest communication and quality craftsmanship are the key to a successful remodel, and we provide both throughout your project. We take the time to design and define the work in detail before it starts, which is what lets us hand you a fixed price contract and keep nasty surprises from showing up in the middle of construction.

You stay in control the whole way. You are never under pressure.
Our design manager comes out and walks the project step by step to understand exactly what you are picturing. We measure, take notes and get the precise detail of the space, the layout and the finish you want.
Rhonda works through materials, color schemes and every detail of the design with you. When something needs picking up, we pick it up and deliver it, so you are not hauling tile around on a Saturday.
She brings it to Rickie, the two of them go through it together, and you get a written estimate with an accurate cost and a realistic time frame. Fixed price contract, so there are no nasty surprises in the middle of construction.
We agree on a start date and a time frame, and we coordinate around your schedule and your home. You get walked through the whole process, and we do not disappear before the last item is done.
